Lovely as a tree and Starlight Thinlit dies and Star of Light Stamp set Christmas Card by Gwen Maghdour, Independent Stamping 'Up Demonstrator.
I love this card with the combination of cool colours, whisper white, island indigo and soft sky with silver embossing. It reminds me of one of those mornings when you open the curtains and everywhere is covered with a crisp. shimmery frost.
I used the stamp set Star of Light for the glittery night sky effect and embossed with silver, the trees stamped across the centre came from Lovely as a tree stamp set and again this was embossed with silver. and I sponged a hint of Pool Party around the trees to give depth and shadow.
Starlight Thinlits was used to cut out this star, the sentiment is from The Star of Light stamp set stamped in island indigo. 1/8th silver ribbon and basic rhinestone jewels to finish off the embellishments. Wink of Stella in clear has been added to the trees and sky to add extra shimmer.
